• Personal check.  Please make checks payable to "Krumlov Crystal LLC.".
• Money order

Credit Cards via Paypal:  Your credit card will be charged at the time of the shipment. There is 50% down-payment required for special garnet orders.

Personal Check:  Product will ship after the check clears.

Shipping & Handling:

We ship via US Mail.  Standard delivery is 2-5 working days.

Shipping & Handling expenses will be added to the total value of your order.

Returns:

You will enjoy our product, guaranteed.  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of our product, you may return it within 60 days of receiving your order to Krumlov Crystal, and receive a refund of the original purchase price.  This excludes shipping and handling charges.  All returns must be accompanied by Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please contact our Customer Support at 920-208-0908, or via e-mail, to obtain the RGA #.

Only product received in undamaged condition and in the original box will be credited. We suggest that you insure the return for shipping damage and loss.  Upon receipt of the returned product, Krumlov Crystal will refund you for the original purchase price. If the original purchase was made by credit card, your credit card account will be credited.  Please allow one billing cycle for credits to be issued on your credit card.

Defective product:

We inspect all products upon arrival from the Czech Republic, and only A1 products are offered. If you feel that the product you received is defective, we will either exchange it for the same item or credit you in full at the time product is received at Krumlov Crystal. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please contact our Customer Support at 920-208-0908 or via e-mail, to obtain the RGA#. If the original purchase was made by credit card, your credit card account will be credited.  Please allow one billing cycle for credits to be issued on your credit card.
